One universal task, regardless of how flawless your house may seem, is decluttering.Step 2: Your Prep Work Begins.
Now it's time for you to get to work! You'll complete all the items we discussed during your consultation. Since you're planning on moving, this is the perfect time to start packing. If you have storage space in your garage or an unfinished basement, those are ideal places to begin storing belongings.Typical Timeline: 1 week+ this depends on your bandwidth and the scope of projects

Step 3: Getting Your Floor Plan Done.
A professional will come to measure your house to create an accurate floor plan, giving potential buyers a clear understanding of your home's layout.Typical Timeline: 2 Hours

Step 4: Professional Staging.
This exciting step means decorating your home to make it look as appealing as possible to your target buyer. I'll bring in professional stagers who will expertly decorate your home and get it truly "photo ready." Once staging is complete, our goal is to have photos taken as quickly as possible.Typical Timeline: 1 Day

Step 5: Photography Day.

Step 6: Getting Your Sign Delivered.

Requirements: We want to ensure there is a sign in your yard before listing the home for sale!
Step 7: Listing Your Home for Sale.
The moment we've been preparing for! Your beautifully prepared and professionally photographed home is now officially listed for sale.Typical Timeline: The day your sign is delivered (Typically 1-3 business days after your photos are completed)
Step 6: Showings and Open Houses.
While your house is on the market, we want to present the best quality product possible. If you are living in the home, we'll decide together how much notice you'd like prior to showings. This gives you time to tidy up and ensure everything is perfect before a potential buyer tours your home.Requirements: You cannot be home during showings.
Step 7: Receiving a Contract.
Once a buyer falls in love with your home, they will write you a contract. Once you have an accepted contract, we will typically stop future showings to give you ample time to pack and prepare for your move. During this contract period, there are several important stages, such as inspections, and I will review these with you in detail as they come up.Step 8: Closing Day!
You've completed everything you've agreed upon with the buyers, leaving your home ready for them to move into. You'll sign several important documents, receive your check or wire transfer, and your home is officially sold! Congratulations!
